After a great night with Shazalakazoo in August, we`re back with Oslo most delicious village party! Balkan Beat Party!!!
...Dj Prinsen Paulista has invited some good friends and special guests from the land with red sausages, Legoland and great musicians! – we are talking about OPA OPA ORKESTAR!
Take a bunch of horn-instruments, put them in the mouth of some skilled musicians with the taste for furious time signatures, and the result is OPA OPA ORKESTAR.
The 8 musicians has invented they`re own offspring of the original Balkan music with some seriously funny trubaci songs and firey trumphet sounds as their trademark.
They hava previously been playing at the notorious Balkan Beat Parties in Denmark where you get the best of balkan beats and gypsydisko from the underground.
Opa Opa Orkestar plays Balkan Brass like the one you get in GUCA Festival in Serbia. For all you ompa fanatics and fans of Balkan soul!
