This spring’s great event at IFS is the visit of Professor Sir Lawrence Freedman, who will explore the idea that the “war on terror” can be won.
Lawrence Freedman is Professor of War Studies at King’s College, London. He has written extensively on nuclear strategy and the cold war, as well as commentating regularly on contemporary security issues.
